ALL AUCTION ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN THE STATED TIMEFRAME POSTED ON THE INDIVIDUAL AUCTION ON THE DESIGNATED DATES AND TIMES!! ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME WILL BE RE-LISTED FOR AUCTION AND THE BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE DEACTIVATED.

Auctions may be listed with a 6% Michigan Sales Tax. Vehicle sales will pay the 6% Michigan Sales Tax at the Secretary of State.

Tax Exempt customers are required to submit a Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, Form 3372 for each purchase in order to buy any item Tax Exempt. A copy of your sales tax license will not be accepted. If we are not presented a signed copy of the form, you will not be considered Tax Exempt for any purchase.
